You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return.
Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it - unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
To begin the return process, please contact us at lab@lashartbrow.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or discrepancies (wrong item), please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and address it promptly.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Please note, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
For the fastest service, please return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
